Dance Parties and Outings
At NOCO Ballroom, we try to hold dance parties often so our students have a place to practice and socialize. For all dancers: Everyone is welcome. We are a co-op or 5 dance instructors that offer private lessons and group classes and hold dance parties for the public - for either couples or singles from young adults to those in the wisdom years. You may be asked to dance by people other than your partner - which makes it a fun social atmosphere. We dance to DJ music and play a mix of Ballroom, Latin, Swing, Country & More with some fun surprises thrown in. Sometimes we have a themed dance - we encourage dressing up for the themes for that 'out of the ordinary' feel!
Bring a treat to share if you like. We encourage you to bring your friends. We offer a beginner and intermediate group lesson before the dance, based on who is in attendance, so even our newest dancers can feel welcomed. No pre- registration is needed for our dance parties. Just show up!
