Dance Parties and Outings
Along with Maya's Ballroom, we try to hold dance parties often so our students have a place to practice and socialize. For all dances: Everyone is welcome. We are a social dance studio so this is open to couples and singles. It's expected that you will dance with people other than your partner. This makes you a better dancer and will challenge your ability. We dance to DJ music and play a mix of Ballroom, Latin, Swing, Country & More with some fun surprises thrown in. Sometimes we have a themed dance - we encourage dressing up for the themes for that 'out of the ordinary' feel!
Bring a treat to share. We encourage you to bring your friends. We offer a beginner and intermediate group lesson before the dance, based on who is in attendance, so even our newest dancers can feel welcomed.

DJ dance music, Costume Contest. We play a mix of music including smooth, latin, salsa, swing, country and more!
Everyone is welcome! No partner necessary to come and dance. Dressing up is NOT Required, but we will be giving away prizes for several costume categories.
